About Ramez Bahu
Ramez Bahu has 21 years of real estate experience that began in 2001 when he started purchasing and flipping homes. He quickly discovered his passion for real estate, and in 2006, he became a licensed Realtor and transitioned full-time into helping clients achieve their dreams of buying and selling homes.
As part of Cornerstone Real Estate Team with REAL Brokerage Technologies, Ramez and his partner Jameel Batshon operate on three core principles: Integrity, Honesty, and Excellence. Ramez has earned a strong reputation among his peers in the real estate community, which plays an essential role in attracting strong offers for listings and building trust in purchase negotiations.
In 2019, he served as the VREN Market Meeting President, allowing him to build valuable relationships with agents throughout the Tri-Valley and the broader real estate community. His passion for helping clients achieve their goals, combined with his outstanding service, has earned him recognition and awards. Outside of work, Ramez enjoys spending time with his wife and six children and is deeply involved in serving his community as a leader.
About Jameel Batshon
Jameel Batshon has 24 years of real estate experience that began with a background in lending at Household Finance Company in 2002 and led to obtaining his real estate license in 2004. Born in San Francisco, CA, Jameel moved to the East Bay at a young age and quickly built a reputation for exceeding client expectations by providing sound real estate advice, earning recognition and awards from the Bay East Association of Realtors.
In 2005, he partnered with Ramez Bahu to form Cornerstone Real Estate Team, founded on three core principles: Integrity, Honesty, and Excellence. As a Broker Associate at REAL Brokerage Technologies, Jameel is committed to bringing broad market awareness to his clients while always delivering honest, expert guidance.
