With home prices as they are, this house was literally 100x more expensive than anything we've purchased together.   For the past few years Jameel and Batshon have assisted us in a few houses (sell and purchase). They are a good team who knows the market. I have always received honest and practical (and not sugar coated) advises from them. They will work around your schedule and do most of the work for you. It's a one stop shop from market analysis to staging to financing to signing papers. I can't think of enough good words for Jameel and Ramez as realtors! We recently closed a house in this pandemic using their services as seller's agent and we couldn't be happier with the team. Both of them are real professionals, friendly, reasonable and most importantly I felt very comfortable working with them at all times. They understood our requirements, took care of all things necessary for selling (we took their gold package), from all house/window cleanings to minor repairs/paint jobs etc, plus of course listing, professional staging, professional photography (really nice with virtual tours!), advertising/marketing and other backend work/documentation.
