After that complex sale was wrapped up, we started on the venture of trying to find a home in a community that was 400 miles away. We were looking for a truly unique home to accommodate our multi generational family.

Even despite the distance, Ramez and Jameel we're always responsive and helpful, helping us buy a home that is truly a needle in a haystack.

Then, they helped us negotiate a deal that was again complex, and involved a lengthy rent back situation. They seem to have expertise in many of the complexities that come up in real estate.

After years of contemplating this huge family move, we are finally ready to settle into our dream home and we have Ramez and Jameel to thank.

  My wife and I were just getting a taste for the market, not planning to buy, when we came across a house we loved. We quickly reached out to realtors we had met and were most impressed with Jameel and Ramez. We quickly found that we would not have any regrets with this choice.

  Jameel and Ramez of Cornerstone Realtors helped us sell our house last month. They worked together with us going over all our options, making suggestions along the way but also listening to our ideas and concerns.

In 2016, Jameel and Ramez helped me purchase and new home in Dublin as well as selling my other home at the same time. Jameel really helped me get everything in order, doing walk thrus to offer suggestions on what work to do to get our listing sold ASAP.

Long story short, I sold my home for over 30k what I thought I'd get for it. I purchased my home through them in a very competitive market for only 10k over asking. Again, the process was seamless on every transaction I've done with them.

  Working with this team has been great. Their service and the packages they offer are top notch. I have no doubts about their ability to sell my home or get me the best prices. They look out for the customer first. I can say this because they chose to partner with the relocation company my wife and I are working with at a cost to themselves to become member of that network. When I asked if they were ok with encuring that cost, Ramez simply told me it's not about money, it's about people first. That should tell you everything about working with this team. On top of that, it's the little things that they do to go above and beyond that make all the difference. For example, the text group we have where I ask Ramez at 9pm who to call for a house repair while we get the house ready. Or when I ask Jameel about financing options on the weekend. The best part they will always respond within an hour if it's a reasonable time. But what really put them over the top is the box truck they have available to help you move, free of charge. In my mind there's no reason to go with anyone else. These two are top notch, treat people right, and know the meaning of customer service in a world where the service industry is in steep decline.

  I met Jameel a few years ago and when it was time to sell my house I decided to hire his team at Century 21. He made the process very efficient and was super quick to provide feedback and answer any questions. Jameel is a straight shooter so you don't have to worry about being "brokered" with a bunch of unrealistic sales pitches.
