Professional, Friendly, Responsive, Easy to work with Realtors

I can't think of enough good words for Jameel and Ramez as realtors! We recently closed a house in this pandemic using their services as seller's agent and we couldn't be happier with the team. Both of them are real professionals, friendly, reasonable and most importantly I felt very comfortable working with them at all times. They understood our requirements, took care of all things necessary for selling (we took their gold package), from all house/window cleanings to minor repairs/paint jobs etc, plus of course listing, professional staging, professional photography (really nice with virtual tours!), advertising/marketing and other backend work/documentation. They were very clear in explaining the whole process and taking care of things in a timely manner at every step along the way.

One thing notable about team: they were always available to talk to us, even sometimes late in the night. Whenever I texted them, Jameel would respond quickly, listen patiently to us and take care of our concerns immediately. I really appreciate that and felt that team was very responsive and believed in taking care of its customers (us).   Great people willing to work with us every step of the way, and always in touch throughout the whole process of selling our home. They did so much!

  Jameel and Ramez of Cornerstone Realtors helped us sell our house last month. They worked together with us going over all our options, making suggestions along the way but also listening to our ideas and concerns.

  I have never liked Realtors. They mostly all strike me as lazy, overpaid people who simply don't look out for anyone but themselves. Ramez and Jameel reshaped my opinion of Realtors during the last 4 years.

In 2013, Jameel refinanced my first home. Process was painless and seamless.

In 2016, Jameel and Ramez helped me purchase and new home in Dublin as well as selling my other home at the same time. Jameel really helped me get everything in order, doing walk thrus to offer suggestions on what work to do to get our listing sold ASAP.

Long story short, I sold my home for over 30k what I thought I'd get for it. I purchased my home through them in a very competitive market for only 10k over asking. Again, the process was seamless on every transaction I've done with them.
