This website is run by Cornerstone Real Estate Team. When you fill in a form on this site, such as a contact form, a guide request or an event sign-up, we collect what you type in: your first name, last name and email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, any message you write, and the answers to any extra questions that form asks.

If you give a phone number, we also record whether you ticked the box agreeing to receive text messages, the exact wording of that agreement as it was shown to you, and when you agreed.

We don't collect anything else automatically, apart from the standard technical logs every website server keeps, such as the date and time of a visit and the type of browser used. We don't currently use advertising or analytics tracking tools on this site. If we add any, we'll update this page to name them before they're switched on.

We use your information to answer your question and to follow up with you about buying, selling or investing in real estate.

We also send marketing emails and text messages, such as market updates and information about homes and services we think may be useful to you. You can stop receiving them at any time, as explained below.

We keep your information in our contact system until you ask us to remove it.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email or call us using the details below and we'll take care of it.

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. To stop text messages, reply STOP. You can also ask us directly to stop all marketing.

Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because this site doesn't use tracking tools, there is nothing for that setting to switch off.
