Ramez Bahu

I started flipping homes in 2001 and became a licensed Realtor in 2006, so I've been looking at houses through an investor's eyes for more than 20 years.

That background shapes how I look at every house and every deal: by the real numbers, and by what it takes to bring a seller strong offers. Jameel and I built Cornerstone around one idea. Most homes are listed. Ours are launched.

I'm also a community leader, and I spend my free time with my wife and our six children.
